To keep the entrepreneurial spirit alive, leaders must be willing to embrace collaboration on all levels. The constant flow of new ideas and fresh perspectives keeps the passion alive. When employees feel their opinions and ideas are valued, they are passionate about their work and jobs.

They fail to take risks 

Entrepreneurship is all about evolution. Entrepreneurs are constantly searching for new ways to grow their businesses. Often, growth requires taking risks. For entrepreneurs who are passionate about their businesses, taking risks can be scary, as they have a lot to lose. So, many play it safe and later grow discouraged because their businesses are not evolving.
